What sets us apart from the rest of the B&B's is our location.We are a block from the boat lines, a block from the theatre, four blocks from downtown and right on the water. In the Summer we serve breakfast on our deck which overlooks the inner harbour and we have one of the best pubs in the area, specializing in micro breweries, locally farmed products and some of the best live music in Ontario.

The Timms suite is a quiet corner room decorated with period antiques, soft pastel colours and an extremely comfortable queen size pillow-finished mattress. It has it's own bathroom with walk in shower, tv, dvd player, ac, and wi-fi.Winter rates are $100 a night, this includes all taxes and, of course, a great breakfast.

Loft

The Loft…is often called the Holy Cow ! Room because that is what most people say when they walk into it. It is on the third floor and boasts one of the best views of the inner harbour in the area. The loft is a very large room with a king size bed, pull out futon, walk in shower, a very large soaker tub and an efficiency kitchen It also has, tv, dvd player, wi-fi and ac.There is a great area to sit and look out over the inner harbour with that special someone. Winter rates are $130 a night, this includes all taxes and, of course, a great breakfast.

The O'Briens Suite has a river view, is also decorated in period antiques and has it's own bathroom,with tub and shower. It too has a queen size pillow-finished bed with ac, tv, wi-fi. Winter rates are $100 a night, this includes all taxes and, of course, a great breakfast.
