Stonewater Pub and Irish Eatery
Stonewater Pub and Irish Eatery has been a work in progress now for over 7 years. The name came from it's location…it is at the corner of Stone and Water Streets. It was built in the garage of a beautiful century home that has since been converted into Stonewater B&B. It was originally named after it's founding owner Paddy Savage. The B&B was originally named after it's founder Stephie Savage. Both of these wonderful folks have since retired and Jeff Girling has now taken over the reigns as the resident publican.
We feature all great local farmed goods from the surrounding area and specialize in Ontario micro breweries and wines, with great selections like Beaus Lughead, Barking Squirrel, Creemore , Steamwhistle and county Cider. 12 taps in all. We focused on Picton area wines and boast a great scotch and imported bottled beer selection.
What sets us apart from most other pubs in the area is our music. We feature live music 5 nights a week right now and feature some of the best local talent as well as popular artists that are on their way along the 401 corridor.
So pop on in and have a pint, a nibble and enjoy some great music and local hospitality.
The Craic is incredible.
